The Fashion Communications Milestone event last fall completely disregarded the "be kind, please rewind" motto. Members of the class, COM 300 taught by Dr. Leal put together a fashion event to open up the world of current fashion issues to people around the Syracuse University campus. It was an opportunity to show all of the events and subjects that affect fashion and how women and men, old and young, goddess and average joe, slim and curvaceous are affected by fashion. To clearly demonstrate, the students wore T-shirts with sayings that reflected the subjects thoroughly and thoughtfully discussed in class.
