Sister Style

More and more celebrities are making the jump into the fashion world these days. Two sisters, Venus and Serena Williams, best know for their style on the court, are making waves with their sense of style on the clothing racks.

Serena started it off in 2004 when she created her clothing line, "Aneres", a la Oprah's Harpo style of spelling her name backwards. Her line is described and runway-ready clothes. Celebs such as Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child and singer Brandy have been seen supporting the clothing line. Now, Venus is following in the family dynasty with her own clothing line.
Venus' line, EleVen, is available at the discount department store Steve & Barry's. Venus' line is a little more relaxed and athletic and includes sportswear, footwear and accessories.


Both of these collections have something for everyone. Serena's line is definitely higher-end fashion for parties and special events, while Venus' line is more relaxed and great for weekends.
