Put a little spring in your step

Now that the weather is getting a little warmer, we can think about retiring those boots and breaking our feet out of hibernation. In an effort to revamp my shoe wardrobe for spring and summer, I've been searching the web for cute and affordable shoes.

Old Navy has a wide assortment of cute flats. Some have colorful and fun patterns and some are just in one vibrant shade. The blue shoes are made of durable canvas and only cost $12.50. Embellishments are popular right now and some of Old Navy's shoes have incorporated this trend. The green t-strap sandals are $19.50.




I love white for spring and summer. Sometimes it just makes an outfit and it also is easy to accessorize. Target loves white too. They have a whole section for white shoes and my favorite shoe (and it's really comfortable too) is below and doesn't break the bank at only $22.99. Target also features a lot of shoes in those popular bright colors. The yellow ones below are also $22.99 and can liven up any outfit.

But just in case you don't feel like getting so dressed up, Payless ShoeSource has some adorable sneakers and slides. Incorporating florals into its line, American Eagle shoes for Payless are trendy yet simple. The pink and white shoes cost $19.99. The red polka dot shoes are casual yet also have a wedge, so they could go from day to night for only $19.99.
