The Orange Carpet: Effortless chic

The Orange Carpet scours SU to roll out the best of campus style (die, hoodies, die!).

Sarah Lee:

The Cardigan - Urban Outfitters
Black shirt - “I bought it from Korea and cut it to change the design.”
Braided belt - Target
Tights - “My aunt bought them for me. They are fleece lined, so they warm.”
Boots - “They are Ann Taylor. I got them at Black Friday for 50% off.”

“I just threw it on five minutes before class,” Lee said when questioned about her clothing. “I chose it because it’s a comfortable outfit that I can wear all day without being strained.”

Well, she must be pretty talented if she threw this on! With her black ensemble as a base, the striped cardigan and brown belt keep this outfit from being anything but ordinary.
We approve of her style because she isn’t just wearing leggings with a North Face jacket like the typical SU female; she is doing her own thing.

During winter, we all want to stay warm, but a splash of pizzazz doesn’t hurt! When asked to describe her style, Sarah said, “My look is casual chic and a little eclectic.”
