It had been rumored for a while that designer Marc Jacobs was going to chose Victoria Beckham for the face of his Spring 2008 campaign - well it's true. Posh has been trying really hard to break into fashion that she's become somewhat of a fashionista herself. She appears at all the major runway shows and treats a normal walk on a sidewalk as if it were a catwalk. Posh even appeared on the season finale of Project Runway as a guest judge. So, being the face of a well-known designer's collection was only a matter of time. And quite honestly, a lot of the pictures from the campaign make me laugh. Most of them are just ridiculous looking. I mean what's with the Seussical things coming out of her hair, maybe I just don't get it, but I think it's silly. Although Marie Claire's UK edition thinks the pictures are avant guard. Sassybella.com has complied the most amount and interesting pictures from the campaign.
Although my favorite is Beckham's legs dangling out of a Marc Jacob's shopping bag (this one I actually thought was kind of cool looking). In some way, I think these photos might be making fun of Posh, they are almost like a caricuture of herself recently.

I LOVE Posh- but she looks like she's straight out of the Wizard of Oz as the Lion
I've only seen the one of her in that pink sack dress, sticking her leg out to the side. The others are much more interesting, I'm kind of in love with two involving the oversized shopping bag. If only she weren't so tanorexic though.
