My Favorite Spring Handbag Trends

I think my favorite part of fashion is handbags. I don't think a woman can ever have enough in her wardrobe. They really make or break an outfit. Nothing is worse than someone with a cute outfit that they ruin with a not so cute bag. Spring is on its way and with it comes wonderful handbags in candy colors and fierce hardware. Some of my favorites and their more affordable look alikes...

Chinese Laundry Medium Print Hobo with Chain $81
Marc Jacobs Quilted Lera Bag
Jessica Simpson Tabu Metallic Shopper $99
Jimmy Choo Mahala in Metallic Snake
Nine West Extreme Exotic Fold Over  $59
Fendi Multicolor Clutch
Chloe Transitions Clutch

  • The Chloe Transitions clutch and the Fendi Multicolor clutch follow the big multicolor and patch work trend.  If you love the bright combination of colors but don't have the cash try Nine West's Extreme Exotic Fold Over.
  • I have always admired the Jimmy Choo Mahala bag since I first saw Halle Berry carrying it. Now it comes in trendy metallic snakeskin for the warmer months.
  • Try Jessica Simpson's  Tabu Metallic Shopper if you want the style in a more affordable option.

  • Hardware is one of the big secrets to getting a bad that looks expensive but its not. The Marc  Quilted Leather Lera Bag combine two Spring 08 trends---bright colors and chain hardware-- to create the dream bag of the season.
  • But if you live more in reality then in a dream world, check out the Chinese Laundry Medium Print Hobo with Chain bag, a simpler and more reasonably priced bag.
