Subversive

First, an apology:

I'm a little obsessed with Target (as my friends will attest), so forgive my frequent posts on the department store's offerings.

Second, here's another one of the store's awesome offerings:

Justin Giunta's jewelry line, Subversive, is the latest in the line of "Design for All" featured designers available Target. Subversive had already made a couture name for itself, thanks to it's funky, found-object vibe, and now several slightly less expensive versions of the line's necklaces, bangles and earrings are available to the masses. With collection titles like "Boho Victorian" and "Bauhaus Beach House," the pieces feature heavily layered combinations of materials and techniques, making each fresh (beads and chains!), fabulous (cameos and pearls!) and funky (locket earrings!). The neat creepy-crawly insect motifs also give jewelry glamour a little bit of grunge.
