The Craze: Coo coo for cutouts

The Craze is a trend report bringing you the latest (and, duh, the greatest) in beauty and style.

Have you ever tried to revamp your classic Hanes beater by taking a pair of scissors, cutting aimlessly, only to find that it looked like you did exactly that?

Well, for the DIY-challenged, this is your lucky season.

Cutouts have been popping up everywhere from the runways to the celebrities to your local mall. This trend is great because it can be applied to anything from t-shirts to bathing suits.

Cutouts can turn looks from plain to sexy while still leaving much to the imagination. To jazz up your plain old jeans, throw on this Truly Madly Deeply top and look effortless:

For the holidays, try this Urban Outfitters velvet dress:

If you’d rather stay covered up, try styles with mesh in the cutouts, like this American apparel dress, 46$:

Lastly, for a new interpretation on the black leggings fav, try American Apparel’s slashed leggings:

So for those with great scissor skills, start snipping; for the rest of us, start shopping.

Wow, these cut-out dresses look so gorgeous. Being a girl I truly love these kinds of fashionable clothes. I would like to buy such fashionable pattern leggings for my workouts. I will be buying it from latest winter collection at Carbon38.com.
