Cuse Closet peeks inside the staff's wardrobes to find out where we're going and how good we look getting there.

Emily's Milly F/W 2010-inspired outfit
Lately I’ve felt trapped inside an SU snow globe. In fact, I often forget that I live in the state of New York. I prefer to imagine myself in a parallel universe, out of Murakami’s "Hard Boiled Wonderland."
There are many ways to shake off the snow globe effect; traveling the world for instance, or you could hop an orange Connective Corridor bus for downtown, as I did this weekend, along with a gaggle of fashion obsessed friends. Wandering around Armory Square was a refreshing change of atmosphere from pacing the quad.
We quickly realized there was more to the area than meets the eye. Questionable looking spots yielded sharply discounted cashmere pieces and jersey dresses. A third floor vintage spot stunned us with untouched plaid shirtdresses and perfectly battered boots. If you like to dig, you will love the shopping.
In dressing for our shopping excursion, I took a hint from the Milly F/W ’10 show I watched that morning and mixed in fuchsia and a black bow belt with my staples; a satisfying combo for a satisfying afternoon.
