backstage hair at the Freedom of Expression with Fashion show

Last night at the second annual fashion show produced by students in the Fashion and Beauty Communications Milestone, associate professor Jeff Mayer and a team of VPA students created incredible hair arrangements inspired by spring flowers- the perfect complement to the fashion students' designs.

First, hair was slicked back into a bun with liberal use of gel and hairspray. Jeff and his team then attached a base of moss and arranged sprays of flowers and butterflies on top.
The effect was gorgeous from the audience, it looked as though the models were a part of an ethereal flower garden.
